Subject to the foregoing, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above processes.
phpak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phpak will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the phpak platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
